It's not easy to find a yoga DVD that is appropriate for regular home use: easy enough for an average person but not too easy. It's appropriate for everyday use and well taught.

Interesting exploration of how we develop, and can change habits that are so pervasive in our lives. I thought there was enough information on how to change or enhance habits to make it very worthwhile.

Well written and captivating mystery. It also has an unusual plot. The first few pages were a bit dark but the plot line intriqued me and I wanted to finish the book.

Another good A. Camilleri mystery with the great Italian flavor. I'm glad there's more for listening! Good detection without the tense shoot-em-up type suspense.

I'm a Sedaris fan and enjoyed the entertainment! Yes, cynical (maybe too much sometimes), but funny.

Merely an average self-help book. It claims to be science based, but is light on real science.

Enjoyable detective novel - without the technical evidence/shoot em up type plot. Love the enjoyment of food and life that's included.

Well-written, good character development, and good plot. I got a bit bogged down in the morass of the prejudices, processes, egos, stereotypes and politics. I ended up skimming the second half. The rest of my book club was far more positive.

I've loved other Ann Patchett books but was only luke-warm about this one. It has some good ideas but is a bit far out.

Excellent (and dense) summary of research on how we think and how we make decisions. Awareness of how we make decisions (consciously and unconsciously) can lead to much clearer thinking. I loved Coterill's Dr. Siri series and was very hopeful about this new series. While it took me some time to get used to the new characters (I missed Dr. Siri), I loved them by the end. It will be a good series.

I always like Smith's books about Isabel Dalhousie. Not only a nice story, but also shows a slice of Scottish life. The mystery is easygoing - just a little life mystery, not murder and mayhem that so many mysteries are.

I loved his book "How We Decide" and loved this one too. Great research on creativity, how it works in our brains, and how it occurs within a group of people. There's also plenty of ideas to increase our own creativity - alone and in groups..

Interesting and good read. I hated putting it down. Loved looking at history as a series of normal human actions in everyday life. I'd recommend it for a book club- lots to discuss.
