And, of course, the all-important question is - Behind the vacant stare of that flawlessly photogenic face, was "love-em-and-leave-em" Hedy Lamarr really a rocket scientist in disguise?
Well - For you to find out the riveting answer to that perplexing conundrum, you'll just have to give "Bombshell" a critical view for yourself.
But, with that all said - I'll tell you one thing for sure - This celebrity bio-documentary about Lamarr certainly escalates into an absolute horrorshow of plastic surgery hideousness that's guaranteed to make you gasp more than once with total disbelief. Out of this animated TV series' thirty episodes, I could only tolerate watching 3 of them. And, by that point, I was absolutely sick to death of this show's utterly toxic asininity and its annoyingly dislikeable, grate-on-your-nerves, title characters, Ren & Stimpy.
Believe me - This early-1990s cartoon show was definitely no "Looney Tunes" - That's for sure.
Put plain and simple - "The Ren & Stimpy Show" was empty-headed, repulsive, nauseating, unfunny nonsense from start to finish.

So, this is it, eh? This is the one that started the longest running, blockbuster film series of all time.
For starters - Let me tell ya', this film has obviously dated very-very badly. Instead of offering the viewer death-defying excitement, mixed generously with a stylish pizzazz, Dr. No's humdrum story just drifted along aimlessly from scene to scene without much drive or momentum. It almost appeared to me as if the entire film crew had shot this one in their pajamas.
In between all of the slackly staged fight sequences and the silly car chase scene, Sean Connery gives a decidedly hammy performance as our hero, Jame Bond.
I seriously think that, long ago, this film would've been dismissed outright as nothing but an inconsequential relic had it not been the very first in the Bond series, which has somehow granted it an immunity from that fate of obscurity..... And, when all has been said and done, I still don't know what the hell Dr. No's beef was all about. So, this is it, eh?
