If you want to be healthy you shouldn't eat anything in this book. This book is solely to make people who eat processed foods and fast foods feel better about themselves.

Could have been a good book but as it's American there's a lot of weird & fattening stuff I've never even heard of (thank God).

Great book if you are going to the States. No real Canadian content as a lot of the restaurant food is American. Some contradictions.
