I picked up this book at a second hand store. I don't typcially go for the "romance" genre but I really liked this book. It about a man who do to an accident is a quadriplegia. A care giver enters his life and they both get a lot from…

Loved this book! In spite of the sad subject matter, it was a beautiful, quirky love story.

This is a beautiful, moving book that I’ve come back to time and time again. Its protagonist, Louisa Clark, is what makes this first installment of the series, and the two that follow, so loveable. She is quirky, fun, and larger than life,…

The book Me Before You written by Jojo Moyes is a gut wrenching romantic novel that will leave a lasting impression. This book has everything you could possibly want in a romance novel, as it follows the trope of Ms. Sunshine and Mr.…

Overly emotional and cloying scenes that damage an otherwise serious discussion of assisted suicide.

Spoilers! Oh my goodness. The ending really couldn’t have broken my heart more. I was really hoping Will would live, that made me so sad he felt his life had no meaning. The writing was phenomenal though, I couldn’t put the book down.…

I am torn about this book. From what I understand, one of the main points of this book is to talk about the nuance and grey areas that lie within the issue of assisted suicide and that someone’s choice over their own autonomy is just that…

Me Before You hurts. It's also written in one of the most delightful styles I've come across. I wanted it to be a favorite from the moment I read the first chapter, it was so well-written, Louisa was so quirky and kind and very British -…

Very concerning read, definitely rooted in ableism. I remember reading it and liking it as a teenager but now it just feels problematic and frankly, harmful.

This is an incredible book. I read it in 2 nights. Love Will and his female caretaker. Sweet story throughout. Love all her goals for him. Enjoyed the characters. Easy to follow. Some might say the ending is predictable and sad. Really…

This is a sorrowful love story about a poor aimless young woman who falls in love with a wealthy quadriplegic man who wants to die. The story is well written and the characters are enjoyable. But in the end, the entire romance plot feels…

Gosh darn it, this book made me mad. I get it, I do, the ending had to be somewhat realistic, but after reading the whole thing, I wanted it to be the predictable, cheesy ending. And it wasn't. Darn you, Jojo Moyes.

Very smooth reading book. The characters are pretty genuine and still interesting. Let's you get into the life of someone with spinal cord injury. Not all of us are Stephen Hawking or Christopher Reeves. Good traditional summer read.

I just read several comments in this long list, and can't believe how many glossed over the deep insight the author has!! Here I sit in my power wheelchair, typing with one finger, quarantined, my caregivers coming in with meds. every 3…

A very thought provoking story about a painful life challenge - no spoilers. Makes one wonder if someone in real life was in this same predicament, would medical cannabis change the outcome?

I enjoy the begining of the book, until near the end of the book. I didn't enjoy the author switched between POVs, honestly I coudn't care less about Will's father and Katrina's stories. It feels pointless, and contributed nothing to the…
