Prince Brat has a whipping boy who is be punished when the prince misbehaves. When they are both taken captive by a couple of prince-nappers, their identities get mixed up, and the whipping boy takes charge.

Prince Brat has a whipping boy whose job is to be punished when the prince misbehaves. When they are both taken captive by a couple of prince-nappers, their identities get mixed up - needless to say, Prince Brat is not pleased.

But the prince himself takes off and forces the whipping boy to go with him, and they get into and out of trtouble on the outside, Jemmy hears that he has been accused of abducting Prince Brat.
