As a first-time mom of an infant, I could figure out the basics of providing food, diapers, assistance in napping, but I was often clueless about what to do with my baby when he was awake, alert and ready to learn. This book has some terrific, developmentally appropriate game ideas laid out in such a fashion that the overtired parent with no time to read can quickly glean a fun idea here and there.
