Loved this movie. :)

From beginning to end, it was beautiful.

The life histories of four Asian women and their daughters reflect and guide each other.

Overrall, the movie is great. But some of the parts in the book are cut off, I prefer to read the book more.

The Joy Luck Club is a movie that I very unexpectedly came across and that I had no expectations for, and one that very powerfully moved me, and impacted my life in a profound way. It is very open about the pervasivness of tragedy throughout life, and yet shows that people can survive life and overcome the most painful of pasts.
