What a testament to the will to survive. A recreation of the events, with narratives by the survivors. Very compelling and well done.

Very well presented. Something to give anyone the screaming willies about mountain climbing, whether you had ever contemplated doing it or not. Captivating true story of grit and determination and the will to live.

A remarkable tale of coincidences, individual strength -- emotional and physical -- and perseverance, difficult decisions, and survival in the face of almost certain death.

Impressive scenery and cinematography.

We climbed 'cause it's fun. And mainly it was fun... We were fairly anarchic and fairly irresponsible, and we didn't give a damn... It was just brilliant fun. And every now and then it went wildly wrong. And then it wasn't [fun].
