One of the best comedies ever. The zombie film for people who don't care about zombie films but have a sense of humor. British comedy rules!!

No doubt, Laurence Olivier, Richard Burton, Peter O'Toole salivated for a part like the lead in this epitome of British theater, the magnificent, the incorrigably fantastic, Shaun of the Dead! The acting superlative (I mean the zombies, that is), the script a smoothly flowing, easily believed reality-based scenario, the cinematography both sublime and sanguine. Not to be missed! (Unless you are busy chasing down live humans for your evening repast, of course!)

Awesome zombie/romantic comedy/buddy movie. Some excellent scenes which stand alone as social commentary too.

This hilarious and fun rom-zom-dram-com was the British precursor to Zombieland, and is arguably better than Zombieland in many respects. The humans in Zombieland have a better survival rate, though.

Awesome - I'm debating which is better - Shawn of the Dead or Zombieland... Great fun and the ending is SPECTACULAR! LOL

A touching coming-of-age story of a young man coming to terms with his relationship with his stepfather, loss, love, and evolving friendship, in troubled times. With no more than the usual amount of impalement, beheading, and video game-themed zombie violence.

Shaun: Look, I don't care what the telly says, all right? We *have* to get out of here. If we don't they'll tear us to pieces, and that is really going to exacerbate things for all of us.
