Add a Commenti have always loved these books though i am 10 the books are more for young kids but i still love them and enjoy reading them and i love the drawings very much i think its creative that this book is about a badger my teacher has read this book to our class before i thought i should get it from the library because i love these books :)
I had never heard of this classic before, until I heard Melissa Harris-Perry discuss it on her show, so I got it for my four and a half year old granddaughter. I loved it because it shows how we need to be careful with friends as they don’t always have our best interests at heart. My only slight concern with the book (as with most children’s books) is that things aren’t always able to be worked out in the end, so another life skill to teach a child is to let them know that at times, it’s okay to walk away from a friendship that isn’t equal.
