The book is reach in Greek mythology, statues, books and art in general. The plot keeps you entertain till the end. The romance is very passionate but elegantly described. Lady Emily, whose intelligence, independence and open minded does not fit society's conventionalism, is interesting. A great book to read!

A lot to enjoy in this light read. Mystery, romance, (not to much just a lttle mild hand holding) and a few good chuckles. And as for Colin, what a Sensitive New Age Guy!

Excellent Victoria era mystery/romance with a new sleuth by the name of Lady Emily Ashton. If you like Jane Austen type books like the Mr. & Mrs. Darcy mysteries or Elizabeth Aston, you should find this enjoyable as well.
