Dortmunder and the guys agree to steal a relic sacred to the inhabitants of the tiny feuding countries of Tsergovia and Votskojek. It's going to be such an easy job, they "could send a kid to pick it up." Of course, the easy job turns complex very quickly. Like all the Dortmunder books, it's funny and fast-paced. Tiny's character becomes much more interesting in the course of this book.
