One of my all-time favorite books since I was a young girl. I can read this over and over again. It is easy to identify with this rambunctious girl with a very healthy imagination.

I've loved this book since childhood, and it's still just as enjoyable to reread as an adult! Truly classic.

i loved this book. It was full of imagination. The book was romantic, happy, and sad. It is the perfect combo. I encourage all kids to read it. If you don't under stand it at first when wait a bit and try again.

A literary classic that I recommend for all young girls (young boys are welcome to read it too!) I think this one is the best of the series although the others are good also (including the darker Rilla of Ingleside which focussed on Anne's daughter during WW1 - unlike the TV adaptation that put Anne in WW1). Anne's spirit and desire to do good carry her through various difficulties in fine form.
