This is my favorite Nigella cookbook. It is fast, easy, and delicious. I haven't tried a recipe in it that didn't please.

Smorgasbook! tackled Nigella Express and was pleasantly surprised by the true ease of the recipes and how good they tasted! Nigella included great pictures that weren't too stylized. We loved that you could feel confident to make any of the included recipes because they used simple techniques and easy to find ingredients. It also included tons of chocolate deserts and comfort foods. Yum. Nigella lost a star because of the layout. She has rather arbitrary chapter titles making it hard to find that favorite recipe the second time around. We recommend this book for the novice cook or as a great last minute kitchen helper. Cookbook readers will enjoy the pictures even if the text isn't as rich as the chocolate deserts.
