I own most of Hemalayaa's videos and this was my first favourite--lots of moves, and I like how there are about 5 sequences. I love the music! I like how each section focuses on one aspect or type of exercise--cardio, dance, core...the only thing that I didn't really like at first was how the voice overs didn't always match the moves. Once I did the video several times you begin to not notice it and anticipate the next moves. Good video to try! *There is lots of hopping, so if you have bad knees be careful.

It is fun and will get your heartrate up. If you are in moderate shape, you will get a real workout. If you are a beginner, you will get tired and sit down some. You don't need a great deal of coordination and sense of rhythm to do the moves and have fun.

This purely cardio based workout is great because it incorporates a lot of great moves, and an effective abs segment as well. Men might find most, if not all, the moves to be much too feminine to perform, especially during the belly-dancing cool down routines and similar moves. Nevertheless, its great to add in your workout repertoire.
