I absolutely adored this book. The whole series is fantastic. I've been reading them for years, and I never get tired of rereading them over and over and over. The carefully constructed characters of Pandy, Alcie, and Iole are all done beautifully. Three strong female characters who do not rely on physical strength or femininity to achieve their goals. Instead, they use their intelligence, their wit, their determination, and their unwavering morality to restore good to the world. The intervention of the gods is done in such a humorous, likable way. Witty dialogue and intriguing plot twists create a book that appeals to a wide range of readers.

Hera is evil in Greek mythology, and Poseidon isn't half fish. But still a good book
