Interesting graphic novel with two grumpy independent friends (a boy and a girl) and a lost friendly monster. One drawing of an evil stranger, and dealing with escaping him, caused a nightmare for my 8 year old daughter, though for some 8 year olds it would probably be fine.

A very charming book, though I wonder if the sequel is out.
the only thing is that the book needs more colour.

Awesome! I love the kids, I love Jellaby, I love the artwork. Soo sneaks in images and panels into this seemingly cute monster story that are dark and creepy.

I'm so glad Soo did a second Jellaby book. Still wonderful! The expressions, feelings and moods are presented clearly, mostly through less dialogue rather than too much. Love the art and the sporadic use of the colour orange. This one is a bit darker than the first volume.

This story is random and delightful. A great introduction to graphic novels
