Katy Mattingly's Self-defense is easier to comprehend than Darren Levine's Krav Maga, because her photos and sequencing are clearer. If you decide to read Krav Maga, then also view Noel and John Gyro's DVD, Live to Tell About It as necessary reinforcement.
