One of the best books I have read in a very long time :)

Freak is like the imaginary friend all of us wished we had. Comfort when times get tough, support in bad decisions, (SPOILER ALERT) and he even got the courage to defend max when his dad nearly killed him. This is a touching story with extremely tremedous vocab and I recommend this book for alll readers.

This was a great book! It was suspenseful and well written. I loved the friendship that is portrayed between the two friends in the story. There is a quote " You don't find many friends like Freak." It's true some people never find a friend that will stick by your side even when things get tough. I have read this book when I was younger but this time I read I understood more about their friendship and how its not so easy to make a friend. The characters Max and Freak have a friendship that is sacred and trustworthy in every way. This a book every child should read. It is definitely worth the read! Great story :)

My class read this book in english class and i really did love it! it tells an amazing story about two boys who learn from each other about life. With Max's help Kevin(Freak) is able to have some one to carry him around and take him on amazing adventures and quests. With Freaks help,Max has a brain to help him with life. This book is very suitable for any age group in my opion due to its touching story.A truely amazing tale!
