This book has a very good selection of rhymes, songs, activities and tips for using them that show parents and caregivers how to play with their babies in ways that will help their language, social, emotional and intellectual development. It’s so fun.

The primary intent of this book is to guide librarians and parents in presenting a story time to young children. This book explains what "literacy" means during baby-stage and includes guidance and suggestions on finger-play, songs, and storytelling.
