Was fun to watch it with the kids after so many years. All the characters were stereotypes, and simply made to identify key societal elements. Was a great way to discuss some of the social elements that played out during the great depression, including the marginalization of visible minorities. It was also fun to realize how much of the songs I still remembered... given I hadn't listened to the record since childhood.

Dreadful racism with "Punjab", not recommended.
