Typical Suspense story, not sure what the ending means but still a good watch. Had a hard time keeping track of who was who to whom and what they were important for.

Ewen McGregor is always good. A good story although a bit hard to follow? Pay attention! Kim Cattrall's accent shifts throughout the film for sure, although she seemed to be doing a good job otherwise!!

Slow but intriguing. The bleak setting and a few plot elements reminded me of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, but this was less complex and without the sexual content. Few movies are able to reverse the viewer's perspective on what is happening so quickly.

i would imagine that the task of being a ghost writer of a political memoir is akin to a chef trying to make SPAM taste good. The concept of the film is intriguing however the execution was slow and disjointed.

Great actors but the story is just tooooooooooooo slow. At some point there is a few of characters in the movie just leaving hanging without further development like the maid, the janitor. They were there for no reason. There are still lots of questions unanswered in the movie. Good climax was not created throughout the story (don't forget it is a thriller movie)which seem a bit boring for the audience.

An interesting political thriller with an ending of Polanski's sure stamp.......very well acted by Ewan McGregor, Brosnan and the rest of performers.......a blief but impressive appearance of 94-year old Eli Wallach is not a ghost, but real!
