I didn't enjoy the subject matter of this movie. Barely okay.

Matt Damon is a surprisingly good actor (see the film Hereafter, directed by Clint Eastwood) and he is good here too. A well done, fast paced, somewhat predictable film about poltiical corruption, lies, treachery, deceit and warmongering...sound familiar? Still happening today. Bush/Obama...no difference. As The Who sang: Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

Lots of action, an interesting conspiracy theory movie, good setting and acting. I enjoyed the movie and thought it was well done.

This is just another Hollywood propaganda film on Iraq. No WMDs. What a big crock of B.S. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People seem to forget how Saddam massacred the Kurds with them and in 2003 two U.S. Army EOD personell were exposed to a nerve agent while disarming an IED.(Will have more info later.)

Decent but underwhelming military action/suspense film. It was a decent enough story, ripped straight from real events. I just didn't care about it. I didn't care about any of the characters. Least of all the lead character (Matt Damon) who just really didn't impress me in this movie. The action was ok and the setting was very realistic, but I think I expected more. The movie bristled with mediocrity. A similar movie that I think excelled at what this movie attempted was Body of Lies.

Iraq war drama that mixes facts with fictional characters. Obviously a critique of the Bush administration's rush to war and subsequent handling of Iraqi politics. Chief Warrant Officer Miller is in charge of a unit hunting for WMDs in Bagdad shortly after the bombing and surrender of Iraq. Miller soon realizes that the WMD intel is bogus and thus he then works with a CIA operative who is trying to avoid the inevitable chaos and insurgency that will unfold. Good story that reveals the saga of a trumped up war and the subsequent chaos that is still going on almost ten years after the invasion of Iraq.

Very good, held your interest well. It's hard to know who to trust and what to make of it all, war/interests. It's so compartmentalized.
