Good Afternoon. I'm been interested in Intellectual Properties for a few years and was always intimadated by law in general. The language is enough to turn most people off and there's sooooo much to learn about CopyRights, TradeMarks, Patents and Trade Secrets. So about a year ago, i decided to go to the library and give it a go. I used the libraries catalog computer and put in the search area "Music Copyright" and this book appeared. I can honestly say it's easy to read and understand. It also contains some court cases and the outcome. But more important is, i enjoyed reading this book and have renewed this book more than any other book i have read so far. Although "Kohn" on Music Licensing may be right behind it. I would recommend this book to anyone who may be intimadated by other books and find law dull or boring. I'm giving this book 5 stars!!!!! For recent information and it's easy on the eyes.
