Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns) is a book I’ve read many times before, but this round I went with the audiobook. This was especially great because Mindy read the book. It was perhaps more hilarious hearing Mindy read the book. Read this book if you haven’t already in any and all forms you can!

Witty and Funny for 30 somethings :)

Loved this book, she is so funny even my husband who is not a reader couldn't put it down,Tina Fey's book was cool but Mindy Kaling is so much more interesting and fun. This book is awsome!

A snarkier comic memoir than Tina Fey's Bossypants, Kaling dares to say the kind of politically incorrect things we have all secretly thought at one time or another ( all those people who peak in high school are destined for failure). Very self-deprecating, but somehow in a kind and funny way. I suspect that the audio is more fun than reading the words on a page or reader, as her reading adds so much to the enjoyment and comic content.

A quick light-hearted and amusing read. Try the audio which is read by Kaling.

Mindy is a very engaging and entertaining writer. I like her observations and her sweetly snarky humour. She's also a superb narrator.
