I honestly thought that this is one of the best juv fiction books for girls that I have read in awhile. Due to an act of kindness, Wilma gets a wish which she changes at the very last minute to become the most popular girl in high school. She manages to remain true to herself and the interesting part is what happens when the wish expires the day after graduation.

This is a good book- funny but serious too. Anyone can identify with this book- especially if you have been bullied. This is a great book that isn't known enough.

The plot is greatly laid out. The story just captures your heart. Gail managed to be funny and serious at the same time. She really managed to get everyone to see their lives in the story.
