Add a CommentA disappointing addition to this series. Just lots of fighting, death & things going boom with little to no personal development of the characters.
GAH! Series, they do this to you everytime. When on earth are we going to learn the mystery of the "dead" area of Portland - is that were magic is still whole. And what is mama's deal? And and and and.... Great book, can't wait for the next installment. Love how they throw in more information about soul complements and near misses always make for edge of your seat reading.
An amazing book filled with tension and a little sexy with Allie and Zay but not as much as previous ones. Allie is in charge of the rebels to the Authority even though she can't use magic anymore. There are some twists, deaths and disfigurements and there is a twist I didn't expect at the end. Can't wait for the next book!!
