From Library Staff

Set in Terry Pratchett's amorphous and absurd Discworld, Equal Rites introduces Esk, who was to be next in a long line of male wizards, except for the problem of being a girl. The plot moves far and wide and even beyond the Discworld and uncovers almost a reverse world of magic.

I recently finished this 3rd installment in the discworld series and I was not disappointed! This fantasy series seems only to get better with each book. I would highly recommend looking into this series if you are unfamiliar with it. There is a hidden surprise at the end of the novel which was completely unexpected and quite funny too.
