Though they are shot at, lied to and run off the road, they keep each other’s spirits up with laughter and creativity and of course solve the mystery in the end.

Two British women, one a botanist, the other an ex-police officer, start a landscaping business and solve murders they stumble upon. The charm is in viewing the English countryside, manor houses, and quaint villages and the beautiful gardens while our heroines solve a cozy mystery with some humourous twists.

I got this on a lark when I stumbled upon it at the library, and I'm glad I did. Excellent show. Sad it was cancelled because I was really getting into it when it was suddenly cancelled and no more DVDs to watch. It might be a bit frothy to some, but I still found it very enjoyable and believable. Highly recommend it to everyone who likes British comedy/crime shows.

I love this series but then I have always loved Felicity Kendal and Pam Ferris. It is your typical British village mystery series which I love. I love the theme music. It's so easy to watch.

Wonderful series worthy of viewing.

Such an amazingly well-thought-out television series! I must see the other seasons!

We thought it was okay - a little pedestrian but well done. A little too simple maybe?

Reminds me of the Jack Frost series, or Murder She Wrote.
