Really liked it. Was hoping for a sequel. Some weak spots but watching the whole season in 1 go there is bound to be some soap opera stuff going on. O Oops there is another season...looking forward to watching that: months from now!!

I'd have given this series 4 stars insted of three if it didn't have a rediculousy bad soap opera subplot about the main characte'rs perpectually constipated, relenntlessly whiny, having a bad time of the month every day of her trashy life daughter.

Great spy who-dunnit thriller series. The most captivating series I've seen recently. Just didn't give it 5 stars as overall I wasn't happy with the last episode, but the ending made me excited for season two.

Damian Lewis' performance is what I liked best about this. How he. a Briton, becomes a suburban American dad is just astonishing. The plot is just so-so, been there, done that. . . . including the climax.

Captivant! De loin la meilleure série américaine (et ça surpasse 24). En espérant que ça ne s'embourbe pas au fil des saisons.

Perhaps it is really well done, we got it because of the two leading actors. We were disappointed by the first 15 minutes because an f-bomb and a sex scene with frontal nudity were added to the "artistry." Good bye.

Good characters, high drama, suspenseful action and excellent portrayals. StarGladiator's comments puzzle me. My own impression was that this was an anti-American government series: *SPOILER ALERT*[....the vice-president and his cronies were guilty of covering up the slaughter of children....] so the "richest fellows" are the bad guys, not the good ones.

Brilliant! Great acting. A few plot weaknesses, but mostly believable, and thoroughly entertaining..

SNL Spoof of Homeland

I watched this spoof before I started watching Homeland. It was ridiculous and totally over the top. Then I started watching Homeland and can appreciate how accurate it is. Anne Hathaway nails crazy. Couldn't find a single clip of the whole thing but here's one bit from youtube.
