"They had nothing in common until love gave them everything to lose. Louisa Clark is an ordinary girl living an exceedingly ordinary life--steady boyfriend, close family--who has never been farther afield than their tiny village. She takes a badly needed job working for ex-Master of the Universe Will Traynor, who is wheelchair bound after a motorcycle accident. Will has always lived a huge life--big deals, extreme sports, worldwide travel--and now he's pretty sure he cannot live the way he is. Will is acerbic, moody, bossy--but Lou refuses to treat him with kid gloves, and soon his happiness means more to her than she expected. When she learns that Will has shocking plans of his own, she sets out to show him that life is still worth living. A Love Story for this generation, Me Before You brings to life two people who couldn't have less in common--a heartbreakingly romantic novel that asks, What do you do when making the person you love happy also means breaking your own heart? "--

Well written if not somewhat predictable. Enjoyed this book. A good summer beach read.

This book sucks you in with Moye's spell binding writing. I actually contemplated rereading this book before I was even halfway through! It was very similar to The Notebook in that you know how sad the ending is going to be, but you still keep reading. Keep turning those pages because of her writing. That and the need to see precisely how it turns out, because there is NO way it will turn out the way you see it ending from the middle of the book.

A sweet little read, with a bit of a predictable outcome, but still a nice way to spend some time reading and not have to really think too hard about what's going on or get all turned-off by characters you'd hate to know in real life. She's British, so there's some Brit humor-type stuff in here, which I always enjoy. You know the type, a snarky but lovable dad who expresses his love by slightly insulting comments, etc. This is the first of her books which I've read, but I'll take the others out as well.

Read this one from start to finish without putting it down! Warning - don't start it unless you can do the same!

This is definitely a readers recommend. One of the best books I have read in awhile. The story is written with a good sense of humor and it makes you cry at the same time.

Read this book! It is one of those page turners that you can't put down. Get your kleenex out though, you will need it. Inspirational and well written. Enjoy!

This was a wonderful book! I encourage others to read it. It was truly a thought provoking book. What would you do if you became a quadriplegic instantly? Life as you previously knew it would not exist. You would be dependent on others for everything including your basic needs. You would never be able to hop in the car and go wherever you want. As others have said it makes you cry and feel empathy for Louisa.

Beautifully written-fast read. .

A wonderfully written read. I could not get to the end fast enough. I did have quite a cry afterwords but I will always remember the story. Keep up the good work.

Product Description Lou Clark knows lots of things. She knows how many footsteps there are between the bus stop and home. She knows she likes working in The Buttered Bun tea shop and she knows she might not love her boyfriend Patrick. What Lou doesn't know is she's about to lose her job or that knowing what's coming is what keeps her sane. Will Traynor knows his motorcycle accident took away his desire to live. He knows everything feels very small and rather joyless now and he knows exactly how he's going to put a stop to that. What Will doesn't know is that Lou is about to burst into his world in a riot of colour. And neither of them knows they're going to change the other for all time
