This is the best vegan cookbook I have ever used. The recipes are easy, even when I am tired. They produce the most delicious meals which fill me up after a hard day of physical labour! I would recommend it to anyone looking to add some veggies to their diet, be they vegetarian or carnivorous.

I know I'm biased here because she's a relative, but Isa's book is awesome. I'm not vegan, but all the dishes I've made from this book tasted amazing!

Ditto on everything people already wrote here. I kept reserving & taking this out, so I just ended up buying the book for myself (and I almost never buy books). Excellent run-down on the types of ingredients you'll need in your pantry, how to prep certain elements, and overall explanations if you're new to veganism. Beautifully photographed and designed. And a huge plus is that she includes per recipe both the total time needed AND the actual active time; super helpful to know if, for example, you need to do soaking that might take hours, but the actual amount of time you need to be actively cooking might be a fraction of that. Excellent all around.

This is the best cookbook I own. I am not vegan, but the recipes in this book can make you become one without noticing. I have cooked at least 1/2 of all the recipes and many became a regular in my house that includes a meat-eater husband and 3 kids. I would give this book 6 stars if I could. Very creative use of ingredientes, and combinations I would never think of , but they work! I love her writing style too, and the pictures, lots of them! Love it!

There are lots of recipes and lots of photos, so you will be sure to find something you like. Also some recipes are oil-free!

A masterpiece. This cookbook is gorgeous and fun to read. I made a half dozen or so recipes from it while I had it checked out and all were wonderful. This is on my wish list to own someday.
