Very interesting to hear about the point of view of the Kennedy women. So much has been said about their husbands, it was great for once to read how they truly felt during that historic times.

This was an excellent book, detailing events and tragedy surrounding the Kennedys during their political successes. The story was written in such a way you were engaged in the characters and though you may have not agreed or even related to some of their behaviour you still felt empathy and sadness when the women faced tragedy or were treated badly. It's a nice perspective of the wives and excellent for a summer read even if you don't have a vacation house to escape to like a Kennedy.
