I ordered it when I saw the pictures I didn't like them at all. All characters had such facial expressions as if going on a toilet is a pain (not a relief or fun). Also pages overall colored in mostly dark/grey/brown colors.
I decided not to show this book to my child and didn't take it. I don't recommend this book to other parents.

Great book to use when introducing potty training to little ones! Nice repetition and entertaining :)

Dear parents - If you have a curious, questioning child who seriously wants to know some of the cold, hard facts about poop, then this little book called "Everyone Poops" may, in a joking sort of way, give your youngster some reasonably acceptable answers.

Yep. When it comes to poop, everyone is doing it - From the biggest of the big-boys in the animal kingdom (like whales and elephants), to the tiniest small-fry of them all (like ants and termites) - Taking a poop is all just another part of nature.

So, when your little one comes to you with unexpected queries about the awkward subject of poop, it might be helpful that you have this book close at hand. I mean, with this book, there's certainly no farting around.

My kids loved this. They thought it was very funny

Good idea. It helps parents deal honestly with kids' sometimes embarrassing questions.

“Shows how creatures throughout the animal world—including humans—deal with the products of digestion.” Why in the world would any sane parent need this kind of trash? Even the ultra-leftie School Library Journal admits an entire book on the subject isn’t necessary! And the super-pc Publisher’s Weekly, in a lapse of common-sense, asks: “does everyone have to talk about it?” Potty training used to be the most natural thing ever. All the kids in my family had no issue with it and I trained my daughter so she no longer needed to sleep in diapers before she was two years old. If any parent think it necessary to explain to their kids “that it comes in different shapes, colors, and smells” I highly advise therapy! (How can this be cataloged under “Life Skills” is beyond comprehension!) What’s next for Mr. Gomi after this feculent ordeal? “Everyone Farts”? (Comment published on 7/12/13 and censored.)

Everyone eats, so everyone poops. Shows how different animals, including humans, poop.

Great one to help my little girl get through the pooping portion of potty training.
