War is the great leveler, bringing together 3 women from different social strata. They must band together in order to survive.

one of the best books I've read; about 3 women in Somalia, very realistic and raw but characters brought together so well; great insight into the war and how it affected people in that country. I will definitely be getting her earlier story out Black Mamba Boy, if this one is anything to go by...
