This is another wonderfully larger than life story by the master of the epic and mythic, Zelazny. The words flow out of the collective subconscious and the fearful pines, the white noise of the snow, and in the thundering hoofbeats of herds of bison, carrying two desperate tall tales out of history and myth and into the gall bladder. An excellent collaboration working on good old American mythmaking.
