Johnson probably knew of an upcoming hit on President Kennedy, but he wasn't the man who ordered it, just another lackey - - please remember, although it appears removed from K's official bio, that Henry Kissinger first appears at the presidential level as defense policy advisor to LBJ, before he shows up quite publicly in the Nixon administration. [Question: why do so many former CIA and intel types become bankers?] The assassins have been solved through crowdsourcing - - literally thanks to thousands of skilled researchers, and the book which comes closest, although there are many sterling books out there, is recently published, Rockefellerocracy, by Richard James DeSocio.
