Add a Summary“Cooking Class Global Feast!” By, Deanna F. Cook is a great book for everyone. The author includes many techniques that may be used while cooking, the name of certain tools and recipes! There are many recipes from all over the world included and are taught in very easy steps, my favorite recipe to read along to was the Vietnamese “Banh Mi”. What I enjoy most about the book is how the author uses children as a reference to showing different parts of this book, indicating that anyone can experience in the kitchen as long as there’s guidance.

Add a CommentThese are easy recipes with beautiful photography. My 2nd grader was able to assemble several on his own. But, the book provides almost no information about the country the recipes are from. I was hoping for for more cultural information to accompany each recipe.
