Truely a herb book, but not really an Indian healing book. This book is better than most, however it is more about the Euro-American. What is nice is it touches on the different Nations helping people realize that there is a difference. But it does not go far enough into anyone Nation so you get this "common" idea. Which isn't so the people of North America have very diverse plants in very diverse regions. Even the sage used by Nations is different in different parts of North America.
