I found this book to be extremely beneficial from an information point of view. There are some good recipes also, however if I were to recommend an actual recipe book for parents of children with food allergies/intolerances I would recommend the Kid Friendly Food Allergy Cookbook by Leslie Hammond & Lynne Marie Rominger.
