This seems to be a well balanced look at not only statins but how all drugs currently are approved with clinical studies and the efficacy of those drugs relative to cost and side affects. Worth reading if you are interested.

Informative and accessible information about statins. This MD suggests that they are over prescribed. Cites many studies to support her argument. Glad I read this.
