(*David Bowie personal quote*) - "I'm just a bloke doing his job. What I do is I write mainly about very personal and rather lonely things, and I explore them in a different way each time."

As we all know - It was just over a year ago (January 10, 2016) that the much-admired pop icon, David Bowie died of liver cancer at the age of 69. To many-many people this gifted man's untimely death was, indeed, an incredible shock.

This first-rate, well-researched book titled - "Bowie - Album By Album" is a great way to re-introduce oneself (whether you're a fan, or not) to Bowie's overall output during his creative, 46-year career in the musical genre of rock'n'roll.

Containing lots of really super photographs and informative text - "Album By Album" (written and compiled by music critic, Paolo Hewitt) is very much like a fond farewell to "the man who sold the world".
