Disappointing. Far too long, more rhetoric and hyperbole than fact. No insight, analysis, or explanation. Journalistic writing. Self promotional.

5 stars for information imparted, 3 to 4 stars for writing style. A book which covers a great deal, and the author does get emotional from time to time throughout. His writing style isn't particularly attractive to me, but he certainly has done the massive due diligence of requisite research and investigative journalism, some or much of it dangerous in nature! Great coverage of money laundering by banks [Wachovia, part of Wells Fargo, Bank of New York Mellon, HSBC, et cetera] and personal profiles of some nasty narco-traffickers.
