It was a lot of fun watching this again after so many years. Just note, some of the discs are scratched in a few places so I had so skip over some parts. But overall, it was great! Thanks MultCo for having this in stock!

Just to clarify, this is the best English dub created. The Cloverway dub that aired in America originally sucked- it dumbed down the whole show and took away some of the most important aspects. This version is the one that all new Sailor Moon fans need to see first (or the Japanese dub although they don't carry that version at this library.)

It doesn't take a genius to figure out what a 'rice ball' is or accept that this takes place in Tokyo. The ViZ dub (this version) doesn't try to erase the Japanese culture like the Cloverway does. If you can't stand the occasional reference to a tea ceremony or the like, then go watch Bob the Builder.

Oh, and if you are looking for a review of the show itself: It wonderful, beautiful, heartwarming, funny, dramatic, and has everything that you could possibly want in a show.

This is not the version that aired in the US during the 90s. This is the Japanese version dubbed in English so much of the dialogue doesn't make sense unless you know Japanese and the history of Sailor Moon. I do, but I'd rather watch in on YouTube where there aren't irritating Japanese subtitles constantly flashing on the screen.

I love this movie. It is so much better than watching it on YouTube. Usagi the bunny is so funny. Loved it. :)

I don't usually write reviews, but I just thought I'd let people know. This is a different version than the original English version. New voices, wording and music/ background sound. Die hards will be disappointed. And no meat ball head!!!
