Leanne's bath time is boring. It's annoying. It's a pain. Luckily, her father has some excellent, terrific, and spectacular ideas to make it more interesting. He runs down to the sea and brings back one turtle. Then two eels. Then three clown fish. Soon Leanne's bath time is fun! It's amusing! It's exciting! But when the ten octopi arrive, could it be too much of a good thing?

Readers will surely giggle as sea creatures are piled into the little girl's bathtub, making this a fun counting and guessing game. Which animal will come next? How many? Kids will also giggle at her nakedness, which is cleverly covered by the animals that join her in her silly sea bath.

"Counting" stories can be very boring, but this one has fun rhyming text and interesting illustrations.
