Ms Potter's art is beautiful and her animals are so cute (although I hate that description as being too bland). She imparts a sort of soul to her bunnies, squirrels, hedgehogs and all the other fauna she draws & paints. I have to admit that I only skimmed the text of this book, but I spend hours admiring the drawings & paintings. There are many that would be lovely in frames, especially for a child's room.
