Funny enough, a refreshing type of comedy zombie movie, but definitely not for kids. The ending felt rushed but all in all, it was good enough to maybe consider for a silly movie night. 3/5
If it seems like you’ve seen this movie before, you have. It’s called The Faculty. This is just an update. Or in this case, a downgrade. What’s odd (or is it a coincidence?), is that Elijah Wood was in both of them. Aside from not enough work, I don’t understand why he would want to be in this movie. Then again, a pay check sounds like a really good excuse. In any event, this film was camp ¾ of the way. Unfortunately, the writers decided they needed to put some “emotional tension” between the co-leads and a dumb “I’m back” moment near the end. Either go full tilt or give us something new. Make up your mind. Watch The Faculty instead.
Watchable, but the script is so week they make hobbit jokes.
different kind of zombie story, but also some messages try to delivery!
Violent and gory fun-filled horror-comedy about tainted chicken nuggets turning elementary-school-aged kids into homicidal maniacs. The surviving teachers all have their quirks and/or stereotypes, and that's okay - this is a film that isn't meant to be taken seriously! Rainn Wilson and Leigh Whannell (the writer of the first Saw film) have memorable characters.
not for kids at all. lots of sex and leud words. boring
Cynical, dispirited horror/comedy that has moments but for the most part has you shaking your head at how much the writer hates his life
Horrible. No entertainment value.
Above-average horror-comedy with more than one "WTF? did I just watch" moment. Rainn Wilson steals the show as the tough-guy gym teacher. If you don't mind seeing zombie-like kids getting chopped up, this is definitely for you.
Fun!! Stereotypical, but fun!
