Superman: No… I thought she was with you.
(Batman shakes his head and they both look at Wonder Woman with awe.)
Tons already posted at IMDb. Here is a few good examples, but by no means the best lines:
Batman: I bet your parents taught you that you mean something, that you're here for a reason. My parents taught me a different lesson, dying in the gutter for no reason at all... They taught me the world only makes sense if you force it to.
===
Lois Lane: You're psychotic.
Lex Luthor: That is a three syllable word for any thought too big for little minds.
===
Bruce Wayne: You're not brave... men are brave. You say that you want to help people, but you can't feel their pain... their mortality... it's time you learn what it means to be a man.
===
Superman: All this time I've been living my life the way my father saw it. Righting wrongs for a ghost, thinking I'm here to do good. Superman was never real. Just the dream of a farmer from Kansas.
Stay down if I wanted it you`d be dead already! Superman to Batman.
Breathe it in that's fear! Your not brave men are brave! Batman to Superman

Add a CommentHeading into this film, I was excited to see where the story would go with Henry Cavill's Superman while I was admittedly skeptical about Ben Affleck's casting as Batman. To my surprise, Batman turned out to be the best ever put to film while Superman's role was ... wasted. In my opinion, Man of Steel was the best of the DCEU films (prior to the release of Wonder Woman.) I imagine the writers didn't know how to tell this story of "man vs. God" without finding ways to water down Superman's strength. That is a continuing problem in the comic books , cartoon films and video games as well. Still, that said, there is some wonderful action scenes here, especially involving Batman's rescue mission late in film. Wonder Woman's first appearance is worth the price of admission. And I have to say, I do have to give the film props for presenting a clear winner in this battle for the ages. If you can ignore the strange, out-of-place plugs for Justice League and dark, DARK tone, you will enjoy this film.
Wonder Woman is my favorite movie (along with being my favorite character); BvS is my next favorite film in the DCU. DC is being bold and different; I've always liked DC over Marvel. I love Bruce's ruthless view about doing whatever it takes to win; I also like the fact he is more of a soldier than a superhero (he kills when needed); like Diana. Before that 1950s comic book censorship nonsense comic books were darker and grittier. Films like this are the return to those rougher roots. More realistic and more accurate. These are the kinds of heroes that we really need in today's chaotic world.
Pure trash.
The sequal to the best Superman movie, in my opinion, is just a bad movie. This might be the first time we see Batman at the 'height of his game', but we see almost none of it, outside of some nameless thugs and him fighting Superman. I get why, but it just lets down. Eisenberg as Luthor is terrible.
This was a good movie, but might not be good for younger children.
This was a good movie but certainly not my favorite. I did not really like the storyline of the movie. There is a lot of action included in the movie and the audience gets to see both perspectives. One thing I didn't like about the movie was that it was a little confusing at certain points. but other than that it was good. The actors did a wonderful job portraying their characters. Another thing I really liked about the movie was the special effects. You should give this movie a watch. I recommend this movie to people aged 8 and over. I give this movie a 3 out of 5 stars. - @terrificbooklover of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library.
This muddled mess of a film mixes together scenes with little in the way of rhyme or reason. The overall story-line and specific character portrayals are both ludicrous. There's not much that one can say about this that's not already been said. It's a movie with only a handful of interesting moments that's only worth seeing to keep one updated on what's happened in the fictional universe of the DC characters. That's it. There's very little in terms of enjoyment that one can get from these kinds of depressive films.
A very misunderstood film that is a handful of flaws away from being a masterpiece. The film is both sequel to 2013's Man of Steel and a prequel to 2017's Justice League. The film has a lot to accomplish in it's 2 hour and 20+ minutes of screen time. There is plenty of action, intrigue, and character drama to entertain. There is so much symbolism and philosophy presented in this film that is not in other comic book films, let alone other DC films. This film takes a lot of risks, some work and others don't. All in all this is an incredible film. Think The Dark Knight meets Watchmen.
Illustrates how dangerous and selfish egos can be.
Good special effects and talented actors fail to compensate for the poor writing and nonsensical plot, with unbelievable character motivations. Lots of sound and fury signifying nothing. We stopped watching after 20 minutes.
