I enjoyed the last book. I was hoping for more books in this series.

SO MUCH BETTER than the Sookie Stackhouse series. These characters are people you would enjoy knowing, and I would have loved to live in Midnight, rather than Weslaco, Texas even tho' I'm a normal! Everything about these books from narrator to character development show wonderful development of Harris' growth as a writer. I just inhale these books--a one sitting type of book because there is no place to pause even for a lunch break. Action every page, tension every paragraph, character insight line by line. This series is a must read for supernatural fans.

Not nearly as good as her sookie stackhouse series but still better than most of the urban fantasy out there.

Good premise for the story. A lot better than the previous 2 in this series. but the uhh climax of the story was disgusting. Shame on Charlaine Harris!

Another fun quick read from Charlaine Harris' Midnight series. I can't say it's great literature, but the characters are engaging and when it's been awhile since I've read one of the books, I start to wonder what they're up to. It was a bit disjointed with so many characters, and could have used a stronger reminder of who some of the subordinate characters were, but overall, it was enjoyable. It seems that we have heard all the main character's backstories, or understand their extra-human nature, except maybe Bobo (who doesn't seem to have any odd characteristics), so I'm wondering if this is the end of the series. I'm sad if it is, but the author always manages to come up with new, entertaining characters, so maybe not so sad!

Third title in a very likable new series by Ann Harris. Good characers and engaging story. A fun read.

This is the 3rd novel of the Midnight, Texas series. It is quite mad and weird and I LOVE IT. Charlaine's stories aren't my usual cup of tea, but I have read them all from Sookie Stackhouse to Harper Connelly series. Entertaining as anything with really engaging characters that make you care about what happens.

I really enjoyed this book. The people who live in Midnight all have special abilities and help each other. Fiji and Bobo's relationship takes a nose dive, but then Bobo realizes what he is missing.. A lot of questions get answered in this book and I really hope that there is another book to come.
