The story of the sinking of the Titanic has been told many times, but Hopkinson brings new life to it by telling much of the story through eyewitness accounts. Illus. with period photos.

This was such a good book about the infamous ship. The detail that she goes through with all the passengers stories is absolutely amazing!!!

The best book ever about the Titanic. You really get to hear about how the story happened from the people actually on the ship when it happened. Instead of people and researchers trying to piece it together. I gives really good informational facts and pictures. Love it so much one of my favorite books.

An excellent book about the Titanic. Hopkinson lets the survivors speak for themselves, pulling together their experiences in an engaging narrative. The historical photos really helped bring the story to life. I'd definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in the story of the sinking of the Titanic.
